luke and rey’s ‘relationship’ in this film was honestly so uncomfortable. like the part where luke teaches her how to meditate and rey reaches out her hands was so incredibly jarring (to the point that i was confused by what just happened; it felt like i was watching the gag reel or smth); i laughed, but luke is such an asshole to her the whole time that it really just comes off as super mean-spirited.
also what is with rian having the inability to keep his own narrative? hero worship is bad because heroes are people and make mistakes like the rest of us vs. luke becoming a legend again and saving the resistance

how do those kids know about luke fighting the fo anyways? who told them? you think fo officers are gonna wanna talk about how they failed to end the resistance because of a hologram? like 12 people escaped the resistance on the falcon and they didnt even see the actual battle because they went through the tunnels so like???
Can people please stop acting like kylo deserves redemption and forgiveness? Luke fucking Skywalker didn’t even forgive him, you think the fans should? Like, not only is this man a literal space fascist who killed us father, he also spent the entirely of the last jedi trying to manipulate Rey to the dark side
